These terms govern the use of Bamboo AdMob Sync (the "Application"), an internal reporting utility that retrieves read-only advertising reports from AdMob accounts controlled by BambooMobi and consolidates them into our own reporting systems. By authorising the Application, the account holder confirms that they are entitled to grant such access.

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Reported figures are reproduced from the advertising platform and may be subject to the platform's own attribution delays and restatements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BambooMobi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.
Handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms may be updated; the revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

本条款适用于本应用的使用。本应用为内部报表工具，只读取 BambooMobi 控制的 AdMob 账户的只读广告报表， 汇总至我方内部报表系统。授权该应用即表示账户持有人确认其有权授予此访问权限。
